Graphic Novels
Unter Manga versteht man im klassischen Sinne eine bestimmte Art und einen bestimmten Stil von Comic. Der Stil kommt ursprünglich aus Japan, heute wird dieser Begriff aber auch für Comics dieses Stils, die nicht aus Japan stammen, verwendet. HarperCollins, der britisch-amerikanische Verlag von WarriorCats hat lange Zeit mit dem Manga-Verlag TOKYOPOP zusammengearbeitet. Dementsprechend hießen die Warrior Cats-Comics bisher Manga obwohl sie keine klassischen Merkmale dieses Stils aufweisen.
Seit HarperCollins mit HarperAlley jedoch seine eigene Graphic Novel-Sparte betreibt, heißen diese Bücher auch Graphic Novels.
Hier im Wiki werden beide Begriffe verwendet.

Die Trilogien
Es gibt bisher sieben Graphic Novels, drei von ihnen sind Trilogien, die anderen vier sind alleinstehende Werke. Man kann allerdings alle Trilogien als Sammelbände erhalten.
